Janet O'Brian is that Certified Short Sales Specialist and knows the troubles and pitfalls of a short sale transaction. Janet's background was in the legal field work with attorneys for over 20 years, then striking out on her own and opened an office in Palmdale California in 1998.

She wanted to start something new and different and decided Real Estate would be a new challenge. She got her real estate license in 2002 and was off and running.
