I'm sure Southern Oregon would be a fantastic place to live. Your area offers so many desireable features.

The caves are very cool. I was wondering why they elected to call them caves instead of caverns. You clearly have the natural surroundings, but how's the job market?
Thanks Betty, we seem to think so :)
Alix ~ the job market isn't great, but the quality of life makes up for it :) You can live for less here!
Got me sold....I'm all in!
I have only been to Portland which I love. Oregon is a magnificent state altogether.
Larry ~ I just read your Bio, wow, 5 kids! You are a busy man!
Jane ~ Southern Oregon is about 4 hours south of Portland. Not nearly as rainy either!
Nice posting Mel. I recently had the pleasure of showing a few luxury homes to an attorney and his wife from Southern California. It was a beautiful sunny day to spend previewing hilltop view luxury homes. I find it refreshing when I get to share our community with new comers to Southern Oregon. It is truly a great place to live.
Thanks Scott! Nice to see you here in the Rain :)
