Thanks to our government we have the extension. First-timers get $8,000 and those who want to purchase a new home who have owned in the past 5 yrs can get $6,500. You need to close your loan by April 30, 2010. I am happy that they passed this because it will get many people off the fence to buy now but in reality are we hurting our future? Where is this money coming from? How many people think this is a good idea?

It depends on how many of the next round of home buyers are actually smart enough to be homeowners.

It is now time for those folks who decided not to decide about buying to decide! Home prices are going up according to the article I read in broker agent news.
