First time buyers and NOW REPEAT BUYERS!

Well President Obama made it official! He signed the documents into law yesterday allowing the 1st time buyer credit to be extended and also allowed for REPEAT buyers to purchase a home and receive a tax credit also!

Good news. It should make for a very busy, steady winter and early spring. It will be intersting to see what happens or is happening in the spring. Hopefully some of the reasons for extending the tax credit will have disappeared.
