I think my 11-year grandson could have written a better description. He would have at least gotten the spelling correct. LOL

The Real Estate licensing exam here in Washington didn't have a spelling test, but sometimes I wish it did.  I'm grateful for spell check here in AR, and before I send any written pieces out I have my live in editor go over them, my wife.

Ps the listing was initially put in at 59 million and then changed to 85 million...I wonder about the construction as well...
