A personal friend of mine not seen over past year it was her birthday my chance take her out enjoy conversation.

I asked update me knowing she is part of economy lost her professional position, and currently interviewing.

1. She stated extremely difficult ....how she walks to grocery store pick up items she can carry home
   
2. Although she owns a car ....gas is an expense. 
   
3. She disconnected TV cable
4. Only showers approximately 3 - 4 times a week reduce water bill.
   
5. Laundry is placed outside to dry, conserve on electric bill.




6. She can't afford to go out with friends for dinner, coffee, only means socialize via email, phone, everything cost money. 
   
7. She needs save money for interviews, transportation, office supplies print resume, cover her basic overhead from her savings and etc.

HOWEVER SHE DID GO OUT ONE TIME A WEEK

1. She selected Wednesday service local church
   
2. She walks .....attending is FREE ...No cost
3. She can have surroundings of others while socializing in class after service or church lobby
4. Feeling lonely and isolated since she can't afford to go out, church was her only option at least socialize with others.
