At this time (11/08/09), there are a total of 43 garden or mid-rise condo apartments on the market for sale in the senior citizens community of Leisure World in Silver Spring Maryland 20906. The least expensive is a one bedroom one bath home; on the market for $59,950.  The most expensive is a three bedroom two baths apartment listed for $419,999.  The average price for this set of homes is $185,306.  The average time on market with the current Realtor is over five months (166 days).

There ten one-bedroom apartments home on the market for sale in Leisure World is currently at this time.  The list prices range from $59,950 to $137,000, with the average being $101,700.
