Just thought I would give a little plug for my favorite site ActiveRain since it is my
100th post! If you have any question on how all this blogging madness works just read my recent email I got the other day. Now for you experienced bloggers this comes as no surprise. I am sure you have many stories like this to share.

Here is an excerpt from a recent email:

"I just read your posting on Barnette Elem. and noticed you are a Realtor. I googled this school to get some ratings and parent opinions and came across your posting from last Spring. My family is relocating to the Lake Norman area and I have only driven through there once. It is beautiful, but being an outsider I have little knowledge of what's best for us."

I followed up with a short email explaining what I could do for her and she responded with this:

"Thanks for the info. Mike!  I would like to try the auto update you mentioned, as it sounds like a nice time saver.  We would like to move out there this winter. Our current budget is 350 or less (sale price). "

I posted that Blog back in April.

I was curious to go back and check out my Google rankings on some of my earlier posts and miraculously they still have some Google Juice.(I LOVE ACTIVERAIN!) The craziest thing was I was searching for a nearby AT & T store in Huntersville NC and would you believe my blog on T Ball in Huntersville was number 3! The T and Huntersville was highlighted.

I could go on and on but I'm sure you get the point. So thank you ActiveRain for giving us all this great platform to share ideas and to help our business grow.
