I find myself looking to hire a buyers agent for the team. When an opening occurs it is necessary to look hard at the person I want to bring into the fold. What do I want them to do better than the person they are replacing? What skills should I require? Therm are a thousand questions and points that I will have to look at in determining just who is the right fit for my business.
Finding the right person is of course very important and knowing what I am looking for is critical. What I have found to be even more importnt is to know what I don't want...
