Central Las Vegas Real Estate Trends

Through October of 2009, there have been a total of 4,622 homes sold in central Las Vegas. This area lies east of the I-15 freeway, west of Boulder Highway, and generally between Sunset Road and Charleston Boulevard. The median sale was a 3-bedroom, 1434 square foot home with a selling price of $117,000.
