East Las Vegas Real Estate Trends

Through October of 2009, there have been a total of 5,429 homes sold in east Las Vegas. This area is east of Boulder Highway and the I-15 freeway, and north of Russel Road. The median sale was a 3-bedroom, 1370 square foot home with a selling price of $73,000.

Hi Liz - The stats are based on data from our MLS. For graphs, I use Excel 2007 which has a ton of built-in formatting options. The first two charts are line charts using style 26. The pie chart is style 2.
