Alexsandra, isn't it spectacular? When I got to see it in person, I was just in awe. There is nothing else like it! Neat shots!

Alexsandra, What beautiful shots!  I couldn't stop staring at this monument no matter where I was in Paris.  We also had dinner there and what a treat that was.  Thanks, it brought me back to one of my favorite trips!

Alexsandra,

Wonderful perspective shots. Not the typical touristy one.

Vickie -- I hope you get there sooner rather than later!  It is worth the trip -- and the planning to get there.

Marney - The tower is spectactular -- and one of the unchanging things about Paris, which I love.

Martha - that was my goal -- to somehow portray just how huge it really is.

Carole - that same night we had dinner at an Italian (yes) restaurant, on the sidewalk,  where the tower was in the background.

Lee & Carol -- We had a rainy day for it, and wet or not, it is an experience.  I hope you are saving your pennies and go soon!

Richard - thanks for your comments.  I wanted to do something a little differnt than typical -- and I'm appreciative that your saw it!

She does.  2011 will be 40 years.  I will have to have them by then.

Alexsandra you really capture this from many angles which gave us the opportunity to appreciate how grand this structure is.

Jim -- 40 years is a great time to do it!  Hope the piggy bank is getting fed  for the tix!

Jennifer -- that night there was a full moon and we had a chance to see the angles at night also.

Brian -  There is a lot more to see also as you know, so hope you plan a week at least!

Penny -   Have some angles of the Arc d'Triomphe too -- maybe I'll get those up next. Plan a trip and go! You'll love it.

Jane -- those are great!  Thanks for sharing them. Love the blue lighting, and the ciry view!  Where were you when you took that one?

Net time you are in Paris, if you haven't been there, go to the Pompidou Museum.  It isn't far from Les Halles.  You don't even have to go into the museum.  It is built outside-in with all the pipes showing and the escalator outside.  As you go up the escalator you get the most magnificent 360 degree views of Paris.
