You Be The Judge - Before and After Photos

This vacant home is for sale. It's my listing...I tried to stage it. But, I know I'm not good at it. So, I hired a professional. You won't have any trouble telling the difference between the two!

Looking now at my attempts to "stage" the house, it's comical! What a great job "my" stager did. Would you like to know who did this staging? Click Here. And in case you're interested in knowing more about this great 2-story Woodmoor neighborhood, Monument, CO, home...click here.

I have a listing that I threw a couple bunk beds in.  No sheets, no comforter, just a matress.  Maybe I should hire one too???

These are pleasant areas to have conversation areas as your stager set up. Great job on deciding to go ahead with professional staging.

This time of year, can't you just imagine sitting in the chair by the woodstove with your feet propped up catching the warmth?  Or perhaps sitting in the chair by the window with a good book?

Proper staging makes all the difference in the world.

Thank you everyone for stopping by and leaving great comments!

Vickie: From your post to the Buyer's ears! Thanks!

Lewis: You're too funny. Are you storing the bunk beds? Or staging the home?

Alison: I know! How funny he is.

Vickie: Due to associated upfront costs, I was hesitant, however, I knew that Cheryl could make it look so much better! Glad I went with her, too.

Joe: It looks so warm and cozy that I was tempted to buy it myself! LOL

Richard: I already said I was lousy at staging, are you trying to make me feel even worse??? LOL Just kidding.

Cynthia: She did do an excellent job, didn't she.

Jennifer: One little thing I didn't mention, is that the interior was painted between my staging and Cheryl's. They used a warm yellow paint. Made a big difference, too.

Thanks for the heads up, to check out your post, Marianne, I have been consumed with other stuff and not on AR lately!  Also, thanks for the "plug"! =o) Your house came out really cute, and remember, we used lots of YOUR things! The beauty of staging...making your things look new to you! Now, on to a successful open house, and SALE!
