LOLOLOLMAOROF!!!!!!This is so sad, but is so true...I just thought about putting an offer in with 80 pages of addendums, after careful conversation with my customer...I found her another "normal" type property....I'M still LMAOROF!!!!!!

Great video, it is really sad that is is relatively true of the listing agents on these types of properties.

I'm closing another Bank-owned today.  Frankly, I'm sick of them.  My fondest wish for the New Year is NOT having to do ANY short sales or REO's.
