Wow. This can make you dizzy if you look at it long enough...

Wow, that hurts my eyes. The colors are amazing but the blurriness of it makes my eyes want to refocus.

Charles, the lighted trees in downtown Palo Alto are year round...like many other downtown areas around the SF Bay Area. :)
