Hi Jim!  Thanks!  I use RealBird.com--it costs me $99/year and my web guy uploads all of the photos, I do the write-up and he enters the data.  That turns into an awesome printable web flyer or a variety of embedable presentations--one is specifically for Active Rain / Localism!  It fits on the page and no whacky page adjustments are needed with it.  I absolutely love the new RealBird!

Gabe:  Upcoming REALTOR brunch for the neighborhood should show that this is THE best priced townhome in the complex and is just in immaculate shape too!  You can't beat the location either!

Bill:  I'm counting on it!  Eastover is one of the best areas in the city as it is so convenient to everything and lots of history in the Eastover Charlotte NC area as well!
