The city of Boise being sued by the homeless

As homeless shelters overflow, seven homeless people in Boise are taking their case to the courts. A lawsuit has been filed in federal court over Boise rules against camping in public spaces.

In my opinion, in these troubled times, it's wrong to penalize people fallen on hard times with no place to go. We shouldn't make it any harder than it already is to be homeless.

I don't know what to suggest. Letting homeless people loiter normally leads to higher crime.

it's gotten to be the new *income, downtown to hang out late weekend nights during peak panhandling hours.set up camp.fly a sign.pick up some money.bum some food.some of these people are very aggressive.***don't the shelters have a time these people have to check in by so as not to disturb others sleeping?
