FHA Approved Condos

FHA approved condo seem to be the source of business for over the last couple of months. One has got me stump. Through tracking down the approved list, the complex had seven condo ID's. With the legal description the building was on the list. Now I hear through Sidus that the may not be on the approved list. Has any one ever seen anything like this before.

It seems that Fannie has become so overwelmed that they cannot keep up.

I heard about the change and that the actual lenders will be doing the approval that will last 2 yrs.

I guess the puzzle becomes where is the transparency.
