The more of these you post, and the more of these I read, the more I can see that any seller who fills out anyone of these at all, must be out of his mind.
On the other hand, acting for the buyer, you want to see them filled out (and of course you get a home inspection done).
Why not just completely decline to fill it out, or if you do fill it out, be completely honest, and price the house accordingly?
