overhead, a place to call home. Buying a home is no laughing matter, not something left to horse play. A home is the center of a childhood. A place for the kids to bring friends to with a backyard for heated sport games to get plenty of healthy fresh air. For a family garden out back, behind the dog house.
The American Dream just made brighter. I had read over 1.6 million home buyers nationwide had benefit from the earlier $8000 tax credit that had a sunset provision of the end of November. Many folks sweating bullets to get the homes under contract to close in time have been struggling with title issues, occupancy requirements and all the loose ends any home buying real estate sale can have.
That November 30th 2009 earlier deadline was getting awfully close. Dangerously close.

Andrew, you are right on about the nightmares that REALTORS and home buyers were facing with the November 30 deadline. I like the fact that they new limit gives us an under contract date as well as a closed by date!
