I recently started the quest for finding a new real estate agent to join my team as a buyers agent.  As an REO Listing Agent I believe I offer anyone willing to work hard the opportunity to earn a lot of money by having the inside scoop on new listings before they ever hit the market as well as leads that are generated and captured with our sign calls and toll free number as well as our extensive Internet marketing program and excellent location next door to the local Starbucks.  Being the ONLY real estate office in the zip code doesn't hurt either.

So, as I search it is very important as a Team Leader and Business Owner to make sure that I recruit the right person.  There is a lot at stake and the wrong hire could literally turn my business around while the right person could also help turn my business...the question is what direction am I headed in?

I already shared a video of one agent that I am not at all interested in when I published, Help Wanted - Just Don't Want this Guy!.  So now, I found another one that I just don't think I'll be beating a path to her door to hire.
