Did you know that in the Miami Valley you can be one of the first to be notified of a new property on the market?  All it takes is an email address.  You will automatically get the new listings within minutes of them coming on the market.  Through the Dayton Area MLS, your name an email address can be entered along with the criteria for the property you are interested in.  So say you want a 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch in the Kettering area with garage and fenced yard, your criteria would be entered into the system and all the 3 bedroom 2 bath ranches will be emailed to you.  Also, as others come on the market, they will automatically get emailed to you.  As you know, the good ones go fast.  It's a great way to help your buyers get what they are looking for.
