Unprofessional Professionals

Here are two scenarios that we like to complain about.

If I don't answer the phone I will call you back the same day, probably in the next half hour. If I don't call you I am not interested in your "Product" per say. So if you don't call me back when I leave my message that usually sounds like this. Hi my name is HD with Prime Realty and I am calling regarding your listing at this address etc. Then I repeat my phone number TWICE. I repeat my number s l o w l y so you don't have to repeat the message.

Sooo if you don't call me back you are not interested in selling the property you have listed.

Please do not lose the keys from the the lock box. If the keys are not there, we may never come back to see your property. My client told me not to reschedule the showing.

Both examples that I mentioned occurred already twice this year.

Little rant on AR from full time real estate agent.

Unfortunately, this happens too frequently here in the Phoenix area. I feel your pain!

Not at all uncommon. Frustrating, yes. Hope you have plenty of inventory so you can move right along

Hi Haris, Thanks for ranting on our behalf. I think most of us have had the same experience. Not fun.

Unfortunately we will alwyas be plagued by unprofessional realtors. But there are plenty to go around to make up for them.

As the market continues to drop as well as the number of sales continue to drop these agents start to drop as well so just hang in there and alway make extra spare keys:))))

Haris I did not know there was such a thing as an unprofessional Realtor - LOL. I think it is great there are som many of them...it allows me to clean house:)

Unfortunately, these things seem to be a lot more commonplace in today's market, Haris. :(

Thanks for your comments. We all make mistakes, but when there is no apologies or any explanations I think we should be allowed to rant.
