Another successful Fall Canyon Creek garage sale took place this past weekend. Kudos to Jill Kanatzar for organizing this event and making sure the Fall garage sale remained intact!

Saturday was a beautiful, sunny day allowing plenty of visitors time to scour the streets looking for great values. It appeared most shoppers bought the lion's sahre of items on Saturday.

Probably a good thing because the rains came on Sunday causing most to close up shop!

Hi Dorie, That looks like a huge success! It's a good idea to have several in the neighborhood, it sure does bring the crowds! I like your video, too! Good job Dorie Dillard neighborhood Reporter! :-)

It is better to have group garage sales like Canyon Creek does. They have one in the spring and one in the fall. It's also nice because you are not to have them other times of the year so it cuts down on all the signs and traffic in the neighborhood the rest of the year. The sales always are a great draw because there are so many close to each other.

We like to go to garage sales. One's junk could be your treasure and at a good price. It's an inexpensive way to spend a morning.
