Evelyn: Nice property. I have a fondness for 60's ranch homes. This one has great curb appeal, a nice kitchen, and like the bar area in the rec room. A buyer with a little vision could turn this into a wonderful home.

Yes they could! I may have an offer coming in and I am showing it myself Monday. I don't think this one will last long.
