Appreciation for Others....

Everyone thrives on appreciation, its those little things we do for others....

Barbara..I agree. I try to slow down and find ways to acknowledge and appreciate people. Mostly hand written notes or some sort of candy!!

I think a hand written note to the "other side" agent is a nice touch if they have been really helpful in making the deal happen.

We must always show appreciation towards other people because it keeps us human.

One of the nicest (and most surprising!) expressions of gratitude was from Pam Hoffman in east Tennessee. She had referred a client to me who was looking in my area of the state as well as her's. I worked with them a number of days, but they ended up buying a property through Pam. For my efforts Pam sent me a Tom-Tom GPS! It was a valuable, useful "thank you", but even more special since it came from a thought, appreciative realtor.
