Currently I am looking to buy high end homes in resort type areas. I prefer unique homes that have a certain type of appeal to them. For instance, a home in a ski area should be in close proximity to the ski resorts, and if possible, be ski in-ski out. In a water oriented area, the home should have water access, preferably a dock or a bouy, or at the very least, water views. Condos can be OK, if they are high end, and have loads of amenities.

I am a cash buyer and can provide proof of funds as necessary. In most areas I am looking for homes in the $600-$1M range.

If you or your associates know of anything, please email me at your convenience. I would love to talk with you.

Hmmm.  The problem I see here in north Idhao is that we are not a 12 month resort kinda place.  Homes on the lake or river would sell out fractional months over the summer.  Homes on the ski slopes would sell out during the winter months.  But neither would seem to draw owners for the remaining fractions of the year.  Am I missing something?  Am I missing the boat because I'm not in a tropical climate?
