The average number of days on the market for homes in Pike County increased to 197 days in October 2009, compared to 189 days a year ago, and up from 181 days in September 2009. Through October 2009 year-to-date, the average number of days on the market for Pike County homes has been 189 days, compared to 203 days in 2008.
