Great post. I'm surprised more agents are not enrolled as HUD approved agents. We actually get a lot of leads from our name being on the list, but we have yet to do a HUD deal. We have converted leads, but not yet with a HUD home.

Amen! It's such a win win for both parties.....That 5% commission is a lifesaver, especially on the under $100k homes! My clients can get into a home without having to pay for an appraisal or an inspection. I am about to close my first HUD transaction and am a true convert!
