BPO's BPO's BPO's that is the million dollar question.  I do not accept payment for them but I do like to do them.  Everyone complains about doing them.  I can tell you something else that has elevated my REO business.   go to www.thebankreolist.com and check that out.  I bought the list.  I think it was $50 bucks.  There were like 100 website and phone numbers to asset managers at banks.  It is well worth it.  Cost me less than a 1000 business cards.

I love doing BPOs...it gives me a really strong handle on the pulse of my local market.  I know things about the market that my competition doesn't.  I think BPOs help me become a better agent!!!

Drew, bought the list you recommended.  I have been trying to break into the REO business and know one wants to give you any information on how to get in touch with banks.  This site does that.  Thanks for sharing.
