It may actually get over 98 today in Rome, GA

However we will be busy with a few things at my office, loan application fist thing, then list 2 properties and get them set up into the systems. Which leads me to a question do any of you guys use www.settlementroom.com ? We have been using this system for about a year now and we love it! The communication factor has really improved and all of our documents are secure no way to lose them either.......the best part is after the transaction the documents get archivved and we get them all on a CD's and then take them to our client and then ..........it is a referral moment. The last one I gave away was at the client's place of work and then I received 2 listing that were priced to sell!!!!

I can testify on using the settlement room. It is awesome! you save on paper and help the environment. You can fax documents into the settlement room and it is there for you to print if the buyer, seller, agent should need it.

Transaction managers are essential in today's Real Estate world. If you don't have one, then you need to get one. I suggest Settlement Room b/c I represent it. But even if you don't get Settlement Room as your transaction Manager, you need to find one and implement it. P.S. Love your Blog!
