Check Out the NAR Cool New Website For Consumers

Gary, the first thing I went to was Make Your Case for a Property Tax Reduction. There have been a few homeowners who have asked various agents in our offices for some assistance in comparing taxes to comparable homes, and some were successful in getting a reduction. This one feature would be a huge boon to homeowners. Not sure what it will do for the counties in which they live. If the rest of the site is this well-written, it will become a shortcut on my screen and browser toolbar. Soooo much more fun to be a beta-viewer, rather than a critic.

I agree with Sharon Lee.  You have an uncanny knack for coming up with the best!  BTW, I got another $2K without lifting a finger this week!  LOL!  Vegas, baby.  But, I never gamble!
