RED HOOK NY REAL ESTATE MARKET REPORT - OCTOBER 2009     

In the month of October there were seven sales in Red Hook  in the single family detached category.  Three of the seven sales were over 400,000; it is good to see activity in the part of the market that has been stagnant.

Jennifer  You are the only one I see posting "$ per sq ft"  Our listings don't show square footage - it would be difficult to calculate.  I especially your links to prior reports - I can do that :)

Hi Jennifer. Looks like you are seeing some stabilization.  We are seeing a few more of the high end sales in our area too.  Not enough to help out everybody, but ev ery sale helps.
