Well the answer is Yes. That would Be a USDA loan. For the time being they do not have score over lays that require a 620 to even be considered. However in practical application 580 is about the lowest that you can get by with. These loans are not available everywhere and have some restrictions so it is important to talk to a mortgage professional to get up to date information. Check out my Wesite WWW.primarytexas.com
Hi there,
I see that you are in Texas, can you recommend a mortgage company in Las Vegas? My husband's mid score is 583 and we are hoping to buy a house soon. We do not have money down, as of a few months ago the state of Nevada had a down payment assistance program but Im not sure if it is still available. Which would have been nice to go thru them as it would have helped us tremendously! :)
My husband has a good secure job, making $50,000 a year, we have some collections on our credit but we are working on getting those off. We have an auto loan we have been on time with for over 2 years, as well as a rent payment we are always early or on time with. Our current rent is $1100 and we would love to put that towards a mortgage payment instead. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks and Merry Christmas!

Kimberlee,
I am sorry it has taken me so long to respond and that I can not help you with a company in Las Vegas. However I can help with credit repair. If this is something that you would be interested in send me a e-mail to Tim@hloan.biz.
Thanks
