Jody.....that reminds me of a house that was built in my area in Norfolk, Ma. that was built in an embankement....most of the house was underground....termites must have had a feast.
Oh my goodness, Jody. I bet the heating and cooling bills are really easy to handle since the insulation seems to be so good.
A great example of upcycling: turning an unused attic into a ...... chicken coop?
Now the question is what has become of the reminder of the house?
The market looks a little flat in that neighborhood. Hopefully, someone will buy it and things will start to pick up. (Oh, I crack myself up)
