Welcome Home to Gated NW Las Vegas Communities: Pacific Crest Condominiums

Pacific Crest Condominiums is a gated condo community in Summerlin, Northwest Las Vegas near the corner of Covington Cross & Crestdale. Community Amenities include: a playground, swimming pool, spa, exercise facilities (gym) and a clubhouse.

Pacific Crest is close to many amenities - Restaurants, Shopping, Summerlin Hospital and the Summerlin Parkway Entrance. Summerlin Parkway has easy access to the 95 Freeway which provides excellent proximity to downtown Las Vegas Employment and Entertainment Centers.

There are exactly 274 condominium homes in Pacific Crest Condos ranging from 732-1471 square feet (most have garages too!). Pacific Crest Condos were built in 1998 as apartments and were converted to condominiums in 2004.

As far as pricing goes (November 11, 2009). 4 Active resale listings ranging from $89000-119000. Condo financing is a challenge currently in the Las Vegas Area but these condos appear to be eligible for financing!

Please contact me for most current pricing in this neighborhood if you would like to be set up on a search!

Looks like a guy like me could get a real deal on a condo; I have been thinking that it would be nice to have another vacation property. I thought about Florida or Costa Rica, but I do like the southwest ( I lived in Las Cruces, NM when I was going to school ). I sold my last home in Puerto Vallarta a number of years ago so now with the prices being great I am getting closer. Lots to do in Las Vegas.

Renee, It sounds like a great community and great price range. There a lot of people here tat have condo's in Vegas. Thank you for you very kind words on my blog. It was the Air force that took us to NE many years ago and I became a Husker fan in those days. Well, thank you to your father as well for serving our country. Vietman was a dark time for the military.
