Aloha I haven't posted in a long time, theres still plenty of foreclosures the data work has been overwhelming. There seems to be no rest in sight for the amount of foreclosures we are facing. I have recently been writing a lot of offers and showing my listings which means that prices have leveled to a point where buyers are active again, the sellers have now realized the price is everything and our listing clients are positioning them selfs to sell.

I've been playing bass in Mojomana while SSLL is on a sabbatical. The garden and trees have been left alone for the fall because of the lack of time in my day and huh isnt there a beach somewhere close by?
