Little Snags

By

Just when you think things are running smoothly; something gets snagged!  You know, sort of like fishing.  I love to fish, it's very therapeutic for me.  But, I hardly catch anything, usually I just snag my line a lot.  Anyways, I am making a point with this analogy.

Have any of you ever gotten through a real estate deal without a snag here or there?  Is it possible?  I'm beginning to wonder.  But, how boring would that be?  I mean, if I didn't have these little problems come up, alot; what would "keep me on my toes"?  And, because it doesn't always run smoothly, does that mean I'm not doing my job right?  I don't think so.  But, maybe I'm wrong.

I'm not complaining!  (Or don't mean to be!)  I've just been working on the same "deal" -- same problem going on....hmm....too long!  I know everything is going to turn out okay, it's just one of those things that make you stop and wonder.....

I guess I forget too often the easy deals, and maybe should do the opposite.  Remember the really sweet ones, and forget about the messy ones!

You have a great day, and keep remembering those "sweet ones"!

Keep your head up and think positive.  Things always work out.  The "sweet ones" are great aren't they.

You're right about the forgetting the easy deals and only remembering the hard ones....I was going through my file cabinets looking for a misplaced file one day and kept seeing all these thin files that I didn't remember the people or the transaction, but when I came across a fat file, I almost always could remember the deal!

Good Post!

Every deal has a little "something".  I choose to think of it as what keeps work interesting!  I have had "jobs" where every day was the same and never want to do that again!
