Wow! Big price reductions. Must be an end of the year sale.

Lenn: There is nothing as decked out as a model home. And when they are sold, you can sometimes get some of the furnishings too. I bet these don't last through Thanksgiving.

Those are some great price reductions, and nice homes. I hope people realize that now really is a great time to buy real estate!

Wow , looks like some smart buyers need to jump on these deals! And with the "new-improved tax credits" buyers will gobble these up by Thanksgiving time! Sure your phone will be ringing on this!

Chris. These aren't models. They are specs.

Lisa. It surely is in our area.

Dick and Dixie. Few builders have inventory in my area. These are specs because the builder knows that folks are "out there looking".

Some awesome properties. Spec housing is the best way for a builder to survive this economy and even that is a little risky.

Those are some great looking properties and I like the discount!

Barb. Specs sell in my area although the builder often over option them. Of course, the builder must have the financial ability to spec build.
