C.A.R. and the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) are offering free webinars on FHA.  Presented by HUD, the webinars provide an overview and refresher of the FHA and its programs.  The next session, on Wednesday, Dec. 9, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., will focus on recent changes to the FHA mortgagee letters and how the changes affect REALTORS®.
