Very impressive report about this listings. . I love real estate investors and they are coming back!

In Davenport, Iowa, the Investors have never left! We have had a slow constant Investment in Real Estate.

There will be a major movement of personnel with the First Army of the Rock Island Arsenal soon that will "gobble up" (pardon the Thanksgiving theme) about 300 rental units and we don't have them available right now.

Smart Investors realize this and are positioning themselves for this event.
