Grace, We don't call that a bungalow here. Honestly, if I could find that exact home in NY at double the price I would buy it....I love it and I can't say that about anything I've seen yet :(

Hello Carole - LOL - we do not have what the big apple does - although downtown Chicago is only 20 minutes from this home by car ( non rush hour) or train. Your home is waiting for you - just have faith - we believe more sellers will put their homes on the market after the holidays to take advantage of that $ 6500 move up or downsize tax credit :)
