No question that staging works. And I think as this interview highlights, staging is not just new furniture, new paint, new $$$. Simple things like mowing the lawn, clearing out clutter, rearraging what is already there are all vauluable parts of staging that don't have to cost a whole lot at all. Just be creative and rethink each space.
