Gerry ~ This is a great list you have here. Too many times people confuse themselves. If they would set priorities, a price, locations they would get into a home sooner.
I agree with you Gerry...taking too much time is a great way to lose the house they wanted. By the time they figure that out, it's gone.

it seems that a house can be on the market for what seems like forever, and as soon as you show some interest, it's under contract, no matter what market we are dealing with.
This is so very true.
I feel fortunate that I've never shown anyone 30 houses before they bought one...in due time.
Don't worry, you time will come, and it ain't fun either...
Gerry, It's a great list and I can't imagine why people confuse themselves. I know the towns I'd like to live in, I'm pre-approved and if I could just find my home I'd be all ready. I do know what I want and it does surprise me that some people aren't even sure where they would like to live....
