Let me join in the uproar over the despicable decision to give comfort to the enemy by bringing them to New York to stand trial in a civilian court and potential walk out totally free.

They are going to be accorded constitutional rights - normally reserved for citizens. They are going to be given trail lawyers who will attempt to suppress evidence - evidence that was never collected with the idea that it would later need to be used in a civilian court of law.

News flash. They are not citizens, they are terrorists. They are enemies of America. They committed an act of war.

They are guilty - they admitted it. Now, they say they want to plead not guilty and see what happens.

They are going to be residing in our country during the trial.

And just who is paying for this? (We are.)

They are war criminals. End of story, end of process. Next case.

We need more outrage., This cannot be tolerated. Eric Holder, shame on you.

As we have seen too often in history, though, torture, which the Bush Administration freely admitted doing, can make people say just about anything. I don't trust the guilty pleas themselves, but if they are guilty, and I personally think they are, give them their day in court and prove to the world that we are better than they are, not like the South Koreans and Iranians with their so-called courts.
