Rockingham NC Foreclosures

I have had alot of people ask me lately about "the foreclosure list" for my local market, Rockingham NC, or Richmond County North Carolina.  Obviously foreclosures are the hot topic in real estate currently, because there are some good deals to be had.  I've had people tell me they have paid for "the list" through various websites.  Only of course to be disappointed to find out they are getting old news.  There is NO list.  My intention is not to downplay these websites, because I also have a "Foreclosure" tab on my site.  The tab leads to a contact input page and I then contact the person and explain the process of finding foreclosures in my area to them.  I don't try to sell information, I simply trade what I know about local foreclosures for contact information.
