Hi Everyone,

 It's been a while and I have missed you all. The market REALLY changed her in MS. So of course there were only a few options in my opinion.

 

1. Quit

2. Worker twice as hard and make half the money

3. Get a part time job.

 

 

Well I did 2 and 3.

Hey Michelle, never knew you were gone. Everytime I log on to AR you are there, right next to me.  I'm personally doing the number #2 thing because if I quit, I'm moving to a more timeless place, like.....umm......aaah.......Guam.  Actually, what's keeping me going is the EXiT residuals. If not for that I would need a part time job and then I wouldn't have time to 'survive' in real estate.  Keep on pluggin...it will get good again.

Just stop by to say hi Michelle, we gotta do what we gotta do. I have expanded my business by adding rentals to the mix and one of my assistants have added $300. a week to her check by working with rentals. Good Luck
