Everybody hates holding open "houses" right?

I think I've found the exception to the rule.

I took a couple of professional RE colleagues out hog hunting today.  I scared up a couple (hogs) but they didn't go where we needed them to.  Oh well, a bad day hunting sure beats a good day at the office.

The weather was perfect, low 70's, clear sky, slight breeze.

I have another property that I can take folks out to preview, about 256 acres on the Red River.  Any takers?

You sound like my hubby, he would always rather be hunting or fishing.  At one time in Florida he killed so many wild hogs that he was nicknamed Hog Dundee!

Looks like a beautiful day in the woods.  Nothing like walking thru the woods in the fall.

Howdy there Mike

Did not get one on opening day. Did not even hear one shoot fired the other day. I'll be going back out next Monday.

Mike ~ 256 acres on the Red River sound like a perfect place to build. What's the price?

$2800/acre.

The only challenge to the property is access.  Its at the end of a 1/2 mile dirt tract the county claims is a county maintained road.

It's not my listing, but I do have the hunting rights on it.

Anytime I have someone out there to hunt, it's really an open house!

Mike - What's wrong with a half mile of dirt road?

Until about 12 years ago I lived at the end of a mile of dirt road that was not maintained by anyone but us. We could NEVER get enough rock on that road to hold off the mud, so in about March we walked off all those extra cookies we'd eaten at Christmas.

Not a thing in the world until its on a property you're trying to sell.  And if its raining, forget it.
