15 Comments on How's this for an open "house" tour!
You sound like my hubby, he would always rather be hunting or fishing. At one time in Florida he killed so many wild hogs that he was nicknamed Hog Dundee!
I imagine any open house that involved fire arms would be fun....
PS Texas Looks BEAUTIFUL.
Howdy there Mike
Your sure right about a bad day hunten sure dose beat being indoors, thats for sure! I went out Deer hunten this last Wed.
Sybil: Specializing in recreational property and acreage definitely has its advantages.
Kathleen: You bet! It gets even more interesting when the negotiations begin! : )
Dale: Get anything?
Whether it's real estate or hunting, Mike is bringing home the bacon! LOL! :) Sounds like a fun day in this beautiful fall weather!
Looks like a beautiful day in the woods. Nothing like walking thru the woods in the fall.
Sonja: I wish. Struck out on both counts! But still a very good day.
Russ: It was GORGEOUS!
I want to see the ad copy for that tour...maybe "Go Hog Wild?"
Howdy there Mike
Did not get one on opening day. Did not even hear one shoot fired the other day. I'll be going back out next Monday.
That's what I would like to be doing today.
Mike ~ 256 acres on the Red River sound like a perfect place to build. What's the price?
$2800/acre.
The only challenge to the property is access. Its at the end of a 1/2 mile dirt tract the county claims is a county maintained road.
It's not my listing, but I do have the hunting rights on it.
Anytime I have someone out there to hunt, it's really an open house!
I havent been hunting since I was in 9th grade or so. Weather sounded good and I'm sure you had a good time.
Mike - What's wrong with a half mile of dirt road?
Until about 12 years ago I lived at the end of a mile of dirt road that was not maintained by anyone but us. We could NEVER get enough rock on that road to hold off the mud, so in about March we walked off all those extra cookies we'd eaten at Christmas.
Not a thing in the world until its on a property you're trying to sell. And if its raining, forget it.
