2 Comments on Buying a Home in Calgary? Somerset is a Great Place to Start
Hi Bernice,
Well, I'm sold! Actually I live in the deep SW myself, practically on Fish Creek, and I love all the things you mention about this corner of Calgary. It's a great place for fun, recreation, families, and even commuting! I have kids in post-secondary, and having the train so close by is a real asset for them--no 3rd car necessary.
It's also nice to see the market more balanced out this year. I really like your use of graphs. It's very visual!
Thanks Deena. I love South West Calgary. If you don't have to work downtown, there's really no need to go further north than Anderson. Everthing's down here. Let me know if you have homes staged in the area. I'd love to see your work.
