Zero dollar staging - what can we do for you?

These rooms were staged on a minimal budget - $0.0.  The only expense to the homeowner was my actual time (half day rate of $395 - each of these rooms were done in less than 2-3 hrs)

Now that you've seen what we can do on a meager budget, isn't it time you called a professional stager?

What a wonderful transformation!  It shows that staging does not have to break the bank.  Good job!

Way to go Melissa!  $0 staging can make a huge difference.   Love the angles you took the afters from also.

Awesome pictures.  Shows what discipline, knowledge, and hard work can do!  Good Job!!!

The most interesting thing about the 3 last sets of photographs is that we had virtually no accessories to work with.  From the time we took the photos, the homeowner began packing away everything.  We had a few photographs, some vases we found in the cupboards & plants.  That's it!  Whew.... it still worked!

Wow, what a difference. If I didn't believe in staging before, I would after seeing these pictures. Great job.

Melissa, it just looks so inviting now.  What a great job on such a small budget.  Betty

Big, big difference, Melissa!!  This is ample proof that it doesn't require a big budget to get big results.

And... congratulations, your post is being featured.

Your pictures are a perfect example of what home staging can accomplish with out purchasing anything.  Great job and I hope more and more people realize what a difference a home stager can make!

Melissa, that fireplace -looks like mine!  If there were hardwoods and a red sofa - I would think that was my house!  Well almost!

*wink

I love this!

I love that this sort of staging is being featured!  I think I can sell this sort of staging to the Joplin, MO market.  The staging of vacant homes will be a tougher sell.  You know, many homeowners have nice things to use in staging.  It's just a matter of finding a different and better way to display them.  Great job, Melissa!

Melissa,

Another wonderful job! You prove the point that you don't have to spend a lot of money to get a great effect.

Melissa,

I find that staging, or redesigning, using what people already have, is sometimes the biggest challenge, however it is also the most rewarding!

Great job - as usual!

That's exactly what I like about this business.  The huge challenge it can be but so rewarding when it works.  Good job.

Sweat equity always pays off. I'm sure the homeowners thought "why didn't I do that, or realize that". Great job. Rhonda

Thank you so much for all your positive comments.

Marci - I love that brick fireplace, if you have one like it, I'm jealous!

I'm always amazed at how difficult it is to get homeowners to understand what we can do for them for next to no money!  Why are they so resistive?  They are MOVING... you would think they would want to pack and begin getting ready to MOVE!

When I read The Science of Success a few months ago the author when discussing manifesting advised that we must prepare for that which we want.  A change is required for those things/actions to come into our lives.  Why should it be any different for selling a home?

Great before and after photos. I'm a huge advocate of staging, and love the photos to show your work. Thanks for the post.
